Coach Educator Matthew Spencer
A truly well organised coach, self disciplined and motivated young man who has successfully completed his Activity Leadership program with style. A hockey player by nature he has triumphed in multi sports gaining qualifications in hockey, rugby, football, cricket and this year taken to slack lining coaching. Matthew will not only take up this slack! but will be the charities lead in hockey coaching within schools.
Matthew's success has led him to recently acheive his Level 3 Leadership and Management program, allowing him not only to coach sport but business into schools and to continue to manage fundraising events, sponsorship, corporate and social responsibility strategies.
Coach Educator Kirk Jones
Experienced county rugby player and Swanage and Wareham first team player. Joined us last year as a very quiet young man until he learnt how to teach sports disciplines such rugby, tag, football, cricket and gaining appropriate NGB qualifications within these sports. After last years successes and schools requesting CPD sessions from Kirk, he has now taken on the role of slack liner coach. Kirk has just completed his activity leadership level two role and looking to commence his Leadership and Management Level 3 program and the second part of his teacher training program.
Learning Coach Educator John Cockwell.
John has recently joined the team with great success, being an inspirational leader on the Summer NCS programme to a natural talented and well organised leader on the Autumn NCS programme.
John has quickly adapted to responsibility developing lesson planning and learning and development interventions at local schools years 4's: Piddle Valley, Frome Valley and St Mary's Bridport.
John has successfully assisted coaching sessions at local rugby club Puddletown RFC whereby he has recently been sponsored by them under our CSR programme.
